What is AIFP?

The Al-Hamra International Foundation Program (AIFP) offers a dynamic six-month to one-year curriculum tailored for entry-level international students. Our program is designed to impart foundational language skills in English, Malay, and Arabic, alongside introducing essential Islamic principles. Through IFP, we aim to cultivate cultural appreciation, enhance sensitivity, and facilitate a seamless integration of foreign students into mainstream primary and secondary education.

Program Objectives

To build fundamental language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in the English and Malay languages.

To instill basic Islamic values and teachings through the students’ native language instruction I.e. Mandarin Language for Chinese students.

To create an inclusive and culturally sensitive learning environment.

To prepare foreign students for successful transition into mainstream classes in both primary and secondary levels.

To promote intercultural competence and global citizenship.
